Novel Ways have been working with Smart Parking Ltd (formerly Car Parking Technologies &  Meter Eye Ltd) for several years, and have helped design a system for a range of parking issues seen by councils and parking building operators. Wireless and wired infrared detectors (SmartEye) for kerbside car park use detection with long battery life, Smartspace infrared transmitter blocks and detectors (wired) for parking buildings, handheld receivers (VDS-Pro) for parking wardens, etc. Large-scale manufacturing and exporting is well under way.
